Grape expectations

Literary Mocktail - Classic Literature

This simple, fruity mocktail is prepared with grape juice and cranberry juice. Add soda water to give your drink some "fizz". 

Hint: try freezing some grapes to use as an icy garnish.

Current Australian Guidelines recommend no more than two standard drinks per day for women and men, in addition to one of two alcohol free days per week.

How can you reduce your intake?

  • Enjoy a mocktail!
  • Drink water instead of alcohol an use it quench your thirst.
  • Sip alcoholic drinks slowly.
  • Alternate alcoholic drinks with water.
